How to opt box packing for your orders?
Box Packing
Box packing provides an additional layer of protection and a polished presentation for your orders. It's a great way to improve the unboxing experience and your brand value with the customers.
How it works?
- Opt-in while placing an order just like Rush Orders.
- Simply select the "Box Packing" option while placing your order.
- Your items will be carefully packed in a sturdy box, ideal for gifting or added protection.
- We charge ₹15 plus 18% GST will be applied per product that utilizes the box packing service.
For Shopify Store Orders
For Shopify store orders, you can opt for box packing by choosing the orders in the "Store/On-Hold Orders" tab and Click "Move to Live" to place the order.
Enabling Box Packing for All Orders
By default, you can enable 'Box Packing' to select the box option for all your orders.
- Log in to your Qikink Dashboard.
- Click on the Settings.
- Select the Shipping tab.
- Check the box labeled "All your orders will go in a box packing."
Supima products will come in a box by default at no extra charge.
Box packing will have your brand logo stickers as branding.

Is box packing mandatory for all orders?
No. Box packing is optional. You can choose it while placing individual orders or enable it by default in your dashboard settings.
Is box packing available for all products?
Box packing is available for most products, but packaging may vary depending on the product type and size.
Will my branding be included in the box packing?
Yes. If you have branding elements such as logo stickers, they will be included as part of the box packing.
Can I add box packing after the order is already placed?
Once the order has moved to processing, the packaging option may not be changed. It is recommended to select box packing before confirming the order.
Will box packing increase the delivery time?
No. Box packing is done during the normal order fulfillment process and does not significantly affect the delivery timeline.
Can I customize the box design?
No, you can't customize the overall box design, your branding will be there as a label sticker.
