Rush Order is our expedited order fulfillment service that prioritizes your orders getting processed and shipped out swiftly. Perfect for situations where your customer requires the product quickly, whether it's a time-sensitive gift or a project with a strict deadline. Let's see how it works.
Same-Day Dispatch
Rush orders placed before 9:00 AM will be processed and prepared for shipping on the very same business day (weekends and holidays excluded).
Next-Day Dispatch
Rush orders placed after 9:00 AM will be prioritized for processing and shipment on the following business day.
Considerations
- Once processed, your orders are promptly transferred to the logistics partners for shipping. They will then handle the final leg of the journey to your customer's location.
- While rush order prioritizes processing, it does not guarantee next-day or same-day delivery for your customer.
- Delivery timelines are ultimately determined by your customer's location and the chosen courier service.
- This service is unavailable for All-Over-Printing (AOP) orders and first-time embroidery orders, as these customizations involve additional steps that require more time.
A rush order ensures expedited dispatch but does not guarantee faster delivery
We can't process AOP orders as rush orders. If an order is under AOP, rush order costs are non-refundable.
Cost of Rush Order Fulfillment
A fee of ₹50 + GST on the product will be charged for Rush Order Fulfillment per item.
Please note that the GST for rush orders will vary based on the
product's GST.
How to Place a Rush Order?
- While creating an order, select the "Rush Order" checkbox from the order add-ons section. Complete the order by placing it.
- Your order will be processed under rush order services by our team.
Rush Orders Fulfillment for Shopify Store Orders
All the Shopify orders you received will be shown in the following tab, Orders > Store/On-Hold Orders.
You can click on "Live" on the orders that you want to process under rush order services.
- Select the Rush Order checkbox and then click "Move to Live".
AOP will not apply to rush orders.
Remember, the 9:00 AM cutoff applies! Placing your order early allows for maximum processing time on the same business day.
Orders placed after 9:00 AM will get dispatched on the next business day.
