Why do I need to pay again at the time of delivery if I already paid when placing the order?
You have selected the COD (Cash on Delivery) method for shipping.
To check this, go to your order, click the order number, and verify the payment mode. If it is COD, you need to pay the courier to receive the order.
Once the payment is made to the courier, the amount you already paid will be reimbursed to your wallet or bank account, according to your preference set under Updates in your account.
