Why is my shipping status showing as pickup exception?
Once the order is manifested, it is added to the dispatch bin allotted for every courier to be picked up by the courier service.
If the order was manifested after the courier pickup is completed, that shipment will be picked up only on the next working day and until then, it will be marked as PICKUP EXCEPTION.
For self-shipments, if the package is not getting picked up within 3 working days due to any reason, the order will be added to the returned inventory.
You will be charged Rs. 20 + GST for each product in your order as an inventory storage cost (NON-REFUNDABLE).
