What to do when my order is not delivered?
Reasons for Non-Delivery and Suggested Actions
If your order has been dispatched but not delivered, it may be due to one of the following reasons. Here are the steps you can take:
1. Shipment Marked as Delivered
If your shipment shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, please email our support team within 48 hours of the status update. Our shipping partners require this notification within 72 hours to take action.
2. Shipment Marked as Exception
If the delivery attempt has failed, we can escalate
this with our courier partner to arrange a re-attempt. Please contact us for assistance. 3. Shipment Marked as RTO Delivered
Some shipping companies mark RTO (Return to Origin) packets as delivered before actual delivery occurs. We only consider RTO packets as delivered after inspection and addition to our inventory.
4. Shipment is Lost
If your shipment is pending delivery for more than 10 days, we will escalate the issue with our courier partners to mark it as lost. Once confirmed, we will either issue a refund or reprint and dispatch a new shipment.
