Why My Qikink Account Shows Negative Credits in the Balance?

Why my account credit balance is negative?

Qikink processes all the orders by prepaid payment . However , the wallet may show negative amount for following reasons:


1. When the order is returned , return shipping ( RTO) charges will be deducted from the wallet but if you don’t have sufficient amount at that time, the overdue amount will be marked as negative balance.

2. We currently ship all the returned orders to your address once it exceeds 100 days. Hence, the handling and shipping charges are deducted from your wallet credits. And if there are insufficient credits during the transaction, the wallet will be show negative balance. 

We will reship the returned orders to your warehouse once it exceeds 100 days. For this we will deduct the handling charges and shipping charges. if you don’t have sufficient amount at that time, the overdue amount will be marked as negative balance.

If your wallet is showing negative balance, new orders placed will not be processed unless the overdue amount is added.
