How to update Action Required status?
In this article, we will cover the order status ACTION REQUIRED. Let's see what it means and what action should we take.
NO DATA is now changed to ACTION REQUIRED
There may be several reasons the order may get delayed for printing and dispatch. The reasons are as follows,
- Mismatch design's measurement
- The design file link is invalid
- The design file is not suitable
- Copyrighted design
- Incomplete shipping details
- The product is out of stock
If your order got any errors, our team will let you know through "Action Required". You can resolve the ''Action Required" status by submitting the remarks in your merchant dashboard.
What does ACTION REQUIRED mean?
1. When you place an order with Qikink, the status is updated to LIVE. But once the order is taken for processing, if there is an error while printing with the design file or with the mock-up file, the status of the order will be updated to ACTION REQUIRED.
2. When the order is printed but not packed due to missing information like Customer details or if it is self-shipping and there is no shipping label attached, the order status will be updated to ACTION REQUIRED.
If we find a copyright design in your order, we shall not print the product and update the status to ACTION REQUIRED. In such a case, you can either upload a new design file link or request to process the product as a plain product within 3 days, on failing which, we will cancel the product from your order.
NOTE: Cancelation for such products will be non-refundable as they are taken for pre-printing processes and cannot be used for future orders.
If you request a plain product, printing charges are nonrefundable.
Action required to fulfill the order
Step 1: Log in to your Dashboard
Step 2: Go to Orders > All Orders.
Step 3: Enter your order number
Step 4: Against your order number, you will find an exclamatory mark (!) under the action column.
Step 5: Click on the exclamatory button, and enter your remarks.
Step 6: Enter the link URL
If the error is with the design file or mockup file, upload the correct file to drive and ensure the link is public.
If the shipping label is missing, add the shipping label
Step 7: Click update.
