How to pull all orders from Shopify or WooCommerce store?

Introduction

Changing your print-on-demand provider to Qikink for your Shopify or WooCommerce store? Qikink made the process easy with simple steps. With the newly updated mapping products, you can simply choose Qikink's products to replace your old provider's products. We will see more about that in this article.

How To Pull Orders?

1. Log in to the Qikink Dashboard using your credentials.
2. Click 'Settings' and select 'Updates' from the dropdown menu.
3. Locate the checkbox labeled 'Pull all orders from Store' and ensure it has been selected or checked.
   

Once you complete these steps, Qikink will begin pulling all your Shopify orders automatically.

It is essential to ensure that orders containing non-Qikink products are mapped with the corresponding Qikink product for successful fulfillment.

To map such orders, please follow the additional instructions below:

1. On the dashboard menu, navigate to ''Orders'' and select ''Store/On Hold Orders.''
2.  Locate the specific order you want to map products for and click the button labeled "Sync Products."
   

1. A popup window will appear. In the popup, select the 'Map Products' tab.
   

1. Select the desired Qikink product for each Unmapped product.
2. Click on "Add to Order."
3. Click "Move to Live" on orders, and we will start processing those orders.
   

Once you map the products, we'll save those details and use them when you receive the same order again.
